It’s been a little while since I’d treated myself to some pampering and it was great to see Olivia again. She did a fantastic job of my nails with a french gel polish. I also had a lash lift and tint. This is the first time I’d had my lashes done and didn’t know what result to expect but they turned out really well. I’m am so pleased. I felt like I’d had a couple of hours of relaxation too. Olivia is an exceptional beauty therapist. Fantastic friendly customer care throughout. Thank you Olivia.

Really enjoyed the facial and full body massage.
The relaxation area was lovely but unfortunately the pool area and the changing facilities let the spa down. The changing room was freezing and visible damp spots on the ceiling
It just needs some updating and refurbishment but we really enjoyed the day as the staff were very helpful and lovely
